| In our company we perform calibration of our inspection and
test equipment ourselves at a central location (directly beside the
inspection room). The company Oskar Müller owns gauge blocks that are
regularly inspected by the German Calibration Service, which completes the
calibration chain through to the national gauge block. All our inspection
systems or gauges are regularly checked in defined intervals and are marked
with the necxt calibration date.
Our inspection and test equipment is permanently monitored and maintained.
For the inspection of gauges and for performing measurement system
analyses we use the Zeiss ULM 600.2 length measurement system. Our 3500
inspection and test equipment items are managed by way of a self-programmed
software.
New inspection and test equipment undergoes a measurement system analysis
(MSA) before it is uses in production.
